Introduction:

An old man (local storyteller) used to tell a story every day.

This story was “A Brave Little Girl” (It was the story of a brave girl who outsmarted a dangerous thief.)

Exposition:

Once upon a time, a little girl named Aani went to the forest with her father to collect wood. Aani’s father was cutting wood and kept moving forward while cutting it. And Aani was moving forward while collecting wood.

Rising Action:

While collecting wood, Aani heard some movement in the bushes. Aani went and saw that a rabbit was trapped in the net, Aani felt sad after seeing the rabbit. Aani tried to free the rabbit from the net and after a lot of effort he succeeded in freeing the rabbit.

Meanwhile the sun started setting, Aani started collecting woods again, meanwhile it started getting dark and Aani got lost in the forest, and she got away from her father, and while searching for her father she went a little further.

While going suddenly a thief came in front of Aani with a knife, and started threatening Aani, and said to Aani, give me whatever you have! Aani said in fear that I don’t have anything.

Aani was a small girl, what would she have, but the thief had seen that Aani was wearing a silver ring, so the thief threatened her and took the ring.

As soon as the thief took the ring, Aani felt a little sad, because this ring was given to Aani by her father on her birthday. After giving the ring, Aani had an axe in her hand.

Climax:

Aani gave the ring, thinking that the thief would go away, but the thief did not go and threatened Aani and said, give me the axe you have.

If seen in this way, Aani was already scared, as soon as the thief started asking for the axe by scaring Aani, Aani threw the axe at the thief with full force, as soon as Aani threw the axe at the thief, the axe went straight and hit the thief’s hand and the knife fell from the thief’s hand and the thief also got hurt.

Falling Action:

But the thief was about to kill Aani, then Aani’s father came and beat the thief with a stick, and took back his belongings from the thief and with a powerful gesture he drove the thief away.

Resolution:

Aani and her father quickly returned home, their hearts were feeling relieved.

As soon as they reached near their village, they saw that some people of the village were visible. Then their fear subsided a little.

Aani and her father returned home safely, when the old man finished the story, everyone clapped. The people of the village were amazing. They cheered and clapped, appreciating Aani’s courage and beauty. From that day on, the whole village knew Ani as the “brave girl of the forest.” Her story became a legend, passed down from generation to generation, a testament to the power of courage and quick thinking.
